Overview on the geldosimetry workflow

Overview

The plugin facilitates the gel dosimetry evaluation using PAGAT dosimetry gel.

The following ready-to-use features in form of MITK Workbench plugins are offered:

  • Calibration
  • Evaluation
  • Renormalization
  • Gamma index analysis

Installer

The provided installer is based on the MITK Release 2021.02 and contains additional plugins Geldosimetry and GammaIndex. At this stage, you can download a Windows installer on the webpage. In the future, we plan to add installers for other operating systems as well.

Remark: Please be aware that the last part of the evaluation, the Gamma index analysis plugin, is currently in an experimental state

Documentation

For information of how to use MITK Geldosimetry, you can press F1 on the open plugin in the workbench.

Testdata
