Overview
The plugin facilitates the gel dosimetry evaluation using PAGAT dosimetry gel.
The following ready-to-use features in form of MITK Workbench plugins are offered:
- Calibration
- Evaluation
- Renormalization
- Gamma index analysis

Installer
The provided installer is based on the MITK Release 2021.02 and contains additional plugins Geldosimetry and GammaIndex. At this stage, you can download a Windows installer on the webpage. In the future, we plan to add installers for other operating systems as well.

Documentation
For information of how to use MITK Geldosimetry, you can press F1 on the open plugin in the workbench.

Testdata
This data set can be used to perform the whole workflow for gel dosimetry and gamma index analysis. The data folder can be downloaded at:
