MITK users/developers survey
The MITK Users Survey aims at improving the toolkit to the needs of our users (including MITK developers). It's fully anonymized, the registration email address is only used once and discarded afterwards. If you're still worried you can use a service like Mailinator, which gives you throw-away addresses.
