MITK Release 1.0

In preparation for the MITK 1.0 release we will publish a few snapshot releases. They won't be managed as branches since we cannot publish SVN branches on http://svn.mitk.org. The good news is that we will switch to git version control after the 1.0 release. This will offer us a lot of new possibilities for collaboration and contribution.
