MITK 2012.09 Release Notes

What's included?

There are binary installers for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. These installers contain a precompiled application with some basic plugins for visualization, measurement and interactive segmentation. Since our last release we made some improvements and important bug fixed to these plugins. Two new plugins are included as well: In the course of the introduction of our new exceptionhandling the mitkWorkbench now brings a new logging view which shows you current status messages. Finally we provide a currently very experimental DICOM Query/Retrieve plugin which allows you to retrieve image data from a PACS. Please note the installers do not contain the source code or header files to use with the precompiled libraries. To develop applications or plugins with MITK please get the source code.
