'''Features & Highlights'''

 * Visualisation and quantification of diffusion-weighted images
 * Tensor and Q-Ball reconstruction
 * Quantification and clustering of tensor and Q-Ball images
 * Fiber tracking and visualisation
 * Brain network statistics and visualisation
 * Tract-based spatial statistics

The MITK-Diffusion application is based on the MITK research platform and most of the applications parts are open-source. Solely the tract-based spatial statistics and the brain network statistics views are not open-source. The available code is embedded into the source code of MITK as a module and can be accessed through the download section.
