The MITK-Diffusion application offers selected views for the analysis of diffusion-weighted MR images of the human brain. These views encompass the results of the latest research done by the [http://www.dkfz.de/en/mbi/projects/neuroimaging.html Neuroimaging Group] of the Division Medical and Biological Informatics of the Germen Cancer Research Center (dkfz).

The MITK-Diffusion application is based on the [https://www.mitk.org/wiki/ResearchPlatform MITK research platform] and most of the applications parts are open-source. Solely the tract-based spatial statistics and the brain network statistics views are not open-source. The available code is embedded into the source code of MITK as a module and can be accessed through the [https://www.mitk.org/wiki/Download download section].
