Changes will be made in the interactor for bounding box resizing and in the tool for seedpoints manipulation, which needed to make changes in the file StateMachine.xml

not applicable. actually, the cause is that internal interactors need xml definitions in the core-statemachine.xml

edit StateMachine.xml in core.
